Questions
Web design agencies sit all over the map on price, timeline, and what you actually get.
Because every team runs its own playbook. Different people. Different process. Different level of care. Some outsource. Some rush. Some build custom. Some copy and paste.
So let’s skip the guesswork and show you where we stand and why it matters.
What happens after I reach out?
You will hear from us within one business day. We will book a quick call to learn about your business, your goals, and where your website fits into that.
From there we put together a clear plan, a rough budget range, and recommended next steps. No pressure, just clarity so you can decide if we are the right fit.
How much does a website cost?
What a website costs comes down to how complex it is, what it needs to do, how custom it is, and who is building it.
Smaller projects can start around 5K to 12K. Fully custom, high performing sites with strategy, content, media, and advanced features can go from 15K to 30K and up.
At Adventure Tide Media, most full website rebuilds land between 8K and 20K. That is a one time, fixed project fee that usually includes:
- Digital strategy and planning
- UX and visual design
- Conversion focused copywriting
- Graphic and asset creation
- Webflow development and responsive build
- Content entry and migration from your old site
- Technical SEO setup
- Analytics, tracking, and goal setup
- Simple editor guidelines and how to videos
- Full ownership of your design and build when we are done
- Two weeks of post launch support for minor fixes and questions
If you are curious where your project might sit, reach out and we can give you a ballpark range.
How long does it take to build my website?
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly we can collaborate on content, feedback, and approvals.
We aim to move quickly without cutting corners. Clear communication and timely feedback keep everything on track. As a general guide:
- Landing pages or focused improvements About 1 to 2 months
- Small and simple websites About 2 to 3 months
- Mid sized custom websites About 3 to 4 months
- Larger or more complex builds About 4 months and up
On our first call we will talk through your timing and give you a realistic window for your project.
Will I be able to update my website on my own after it’s built?
Yes! We design websites on platforms like Webflow, WordPress, and Shopify—all of which are easy to use.
Plus, we offer personalized walkthroughs (virtually or in person) so you can confidently manage your site after launch.
What kind of results should I expect?
Results always depend on your offer, audience, and how you use the site after launch.
What you can expect from us is a site built to support growth. Clear messaging. A simple path from first visit to enquiry. Clean structure for search. Proper tracking so you can see what is happening instead of guessing. Most clients end up with stronger leads, better engagement, and a site that feels like an asset instead of a headache
Do you only work with local clients on Vancouver Island?
Our focus is on working with local businesses across Vancouver Island and companies throughout British Columbia.
This helps us build close relationships, offer hands-on support, and better understand the needs of our community.
Can I get help with branding, content, or social media too?
Definitely.
We offer complete creative services including branding, content creation, social media management, and videography—all tailored to help businesses stand out in the Vancouver market.
Do you support the website after it is launched?
Yes. Launch is not the finish line.
We offer ongoing support and management options that can cover content updates, new page designs, performance tweaks, and feature upgrades.
If you prefer to manage things in house, we can also train your team and stay available for bigger changes or questions as you grow.
Why choose a local agency like AdVenture Tide Media over other agencies?
Because we treat your project like our own business. You’ll always know what we’re doing, why we’re doing it, and how it moves you forward.
